Depending upon the services chosen we can be flexible but typically our packages are 8%.
Can we look around a property you currently manage to see your standards?
We would be happy to show you around one of our managed properties prior to a guest check in, you will then see our guest and property owners expectations
I’m renovating a property can you help with interior design?
Happily, we can either assist with the whole property or just particular rooms, as we source and sell the items, we will look after your pricing throughout your project.
I’m looking for a particular light that you don’t have on the website can you help?
Yes we can source most light fittings and designs please send us an email of what you are looking for.
How quickly can you take over management of my property?
Typically we can take over within 72 hours of signing the agreement between ourselves.
